What Food Can A 10 Month Baby Eat?

A 10 month old baby can eat most foods as long as the baby has no known allergies. Chopped pieces of raw fruit such as orange, kiwifruit and berry fruit. All vegetables including mushrooms. fish, chicken, meat. Prepare by cooking and cutting into small pieces. Cereals, such as porridge and infant muesli.
Finger foods such as ripe fruit, always cut fruit into small pieces, peach, pear, banana, mango, grated cheese, small sandwiches. Cooked vegetables a baby can hold onto cut them into thin pieces the baby can hold onto not chunks or circles as these could cause a baby to choke.
You can buy nourishing finger food snacks, in packets which are organic and recommends for babies to eat.

  1. Once you move onto solids your confidence grows. I started to experiment a bit more at 10 months and introduces meals such as pasta, mash potatoes and other recipes. There are some good books out there you can read such as https://babyconfused.com/solids/
