    You can take your new born baby out from the time you come home from the hospital however many cultures believe it is better to keep baby at home for at least two weeks away from the pollution of busy roads and the noise of the outside world until they are at least three weeks old and more use to their environment. It also depends on how you feel yourself as having a baby is a very tiring experience and you need time to recover before you go walking long distances especially if you have had any sort of trauma i.e. a C section during the birth.
