Can You Freeze Baby Carrots?

Is this your question, can you freeze baby carrots?
Baby carrots should be blanched before freezing as this stops the production of enzymes. Its recommended you only store the carrots for up to 12 months in the freezer. If you want to cook them, you remove the carrots from the freezer without thawing and cook until tender.

When I started feeding my baby solids I would prepare food and carrots were one of the first vegetables I used. I first cleaner, steamed and then blended the carrot. I would make at least 10 portions and then put the ones I was not using in the freezer. As I started introducing other vegetables, I then would mixed blended carrots with other vegetables and then freeze the excess.

I used this to freeze and blend https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tommee-Tippee-Baby-Steamer-Blender/dp/B01265WVQ2/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1505909964&sr=8-1&keywords=baby+food+steamer+and+blender+2+in+1

And this to keep extra portions in the freezer – https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tommee-Tippee-Storage-Months-Colours/dp/B000HWHV5S/ref=pd_bxgy_75_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=S8RQ3D8D2YRCX8KX0B6E
