What Foods Can A 7 Month Old Baby Eat?

For breakfast you can also feed your baby rice or baby cereal mixed with your baby’s usual milk.
You should continue feeding them the required amount of breast milk or formula milk. Do not give your baby whole cows’ milk until they are one years old.
