Help, when can a baby have whole milk?
Dairy whole cows milk is not recommended for babies under 12 months old. Until your baby is 12 months the only milk they should be drinking is either breast milk and/or formula.

I was advised my my baby’s doctor to also not give my son cows whole milk until he was 12 months old. Until then I would give breast milk and then formula as his main drink, I would also use this milk in his morning cereals.
