What Cheese Can You Give To Baby?

Did you want to know, what cheese can you give to baby? Potential answers from other parents to this question can be found below.
Babies should only eat pasteurised cheese as cheese made with unpasteurized (or raw) milk could have listeria monocytogenes, a form of bacteria that can cause fatal foodborne illness, especially in infants.
You can introduce lighter cheeses to your baby, such as Mild Cheddar or cottage cheese!

  1. I gave my baby cheddar cheese as finger food and also grated into his food. However, when I tried Parmesan he got a rash on his face. I tried Parmesan when he was just over 1 years old.
